helped at the start of the process, then he left the company, so everything went down hill . We bought a Bentley from Morries and it was not the luxury experience you would expect. 2 months later, I called to ask about the registration and plates we never received, just to be told they're sorry they never started the process . So now I ordered custom plates for $500 that the tax office will send back before I will have the originals to trade out for...I just loss more $$$. This place should get new owners or management that knows what the words luxury/job Competency mean. Half of their staff is untrained, and they should have a more rigorous hiring process when dealing in luxury vehicles.
Update.... today I found out that the Bentley we bought needs a repair to the convertible top , so we are going to have to pay over 18 thousand for the repair/ replacement. This is a nightmare the car is not even Registered yet, and I'm already out 18k.... wow . Please be careful who you buy from . Don't end up like us , we haven't even driven the car more than 50 miles . We have a video sent to is from the first salesman saying / showing "the only thing wrong with the car is a paint chip and one wheel has wheel rash" unfortunately that was a lie 😕
