I just bought a Lexus RX330 from Morries and had read the reviews on Yelp. It was very helpful. I found the vehicle online, and didn't really deal much with a real person--I am ok with that. Well, the first time around they ding was still there...but after talking to both salespeople that helped me, they professionally fixed the ding, and the car is in great condition. I am a seasoned car buyer, and have been around the block a few times. You have to be heads up dealing with these guys, but I believe I got a good deal in the end. I rarely give 5 stars to anything, so keep that in mind. More

The Buy Happy promise is not what it says. We purchased a car and wanted to exchange it 4 days later because of significant issues with the car. We thought since they had the Buy Happy Promise that it shou a car and wanted to exchange it 4 days later because of significant issues with the car. We thought since they had the Buy Happy Promise that it should be a big deal. We received a lot of attitude, hassel, a 3 hour wait with 2 children in tow (even though we called at 11 to let them know we would be there at 3), and comments like "we can't just snap our fingers and say poof to make this former sale go away". I informed them they should read their buy happy promises because that is exactly what they claim to be able to do. In the end we were argued with, treated like we didn't know what we were talking about, made to wait 3 hours, and ended up loosing 300 on the exchange. So much for Buy Happy. We will not be going back there. More
