Amy K went above and beyond! I had such a great experience. Amy had asked me what my needs were and my budget and would continue looking for the best match. fantastic Amy Koppel was fantastic. When I told her my price range she did everything in her power to help me find something I would like. We test drove a coup Amy Koppel was fantastic. When I told her my price range she did everything in her power to help me find something I would like. We test drove a couple of cars and she was very honest with the first one and said it just didn't sound right. Then we drive the Mercury and it drove super she also said if I didn't like any in the lot she would call around to the neighboring lots to see if they had anything. By a little after 9:15 we had our minds set that we were going to be buying a mazda. The customer service was excellent. Everyone that we worked with was not only friendly, but made the experience of buying a new car fun and exciting. We went into the buying process expecting to hit a few bumps along the way, but Pat and Casey made it a smooth and stress free process. My dad has been a Morrie's costumer for a long time and Amy and her coworker went out o Amy Koppel helped my father and I find the perfect Mazda CX-5. My dad has been a Morrie's costumer for a long time and Amy and her coworker went out of their way to find lost points from all his purchases/expenses so we could use the points towards buying my new car. It took them a while but they were so polite and worked so hard over the phone to get matters figured out. I was very thankful for having her as our saleswoman. And I am overall impressed with Morrie's mazda in Minnetonka. I love the "Buy Happy" perks and the facility itself was really clean and inviting. More
