I highly recommend Morris Car Dealership. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent customer service, especially from their sales agent, Alison. She is a wonderful and professional person who guided me through the entire process and helped me find better options that suited my needs. My car had a small scratch on the door, and Alison assured me that it would be taken care of. She went above and beyond by booking an appointment for the repair and also guiding me through the rust protection service. A few days later, I was contacted and scheduled for both services. What impressed me even more was how Alison continued to follow up and make sure I was taken care of. She arranged a loaner vehicle for me while my car was being serviced and even made sure there was enough fuel in the vehicle. That level of attention and care truly made me feel valued as a customer. Morris Car Dealership is definitely one of the best! I would rate their sales agent Alison 10/10 for her professionalism, kindness, communication, and excellent customer service.
