Long story short: I left, thought about it, and came back less than an hour later because 1. The quote they gave me was better than in Duluth, and 2. I wanted to work with Chris! I never felt pressured by him to make a decision and this gentle approach made me feel like I could trust him. He treated me like a person, not a paycheck.
