I had excellent service at Morries Minnetonka Subaru. Beth Miley was answering questions I had on the WRX earlier in the day via email/text. Fantastic Experience, But I Would Have Expected Nothing Less In my day job, I manage a couple of Subaru vehicles attached to my company. They get swapped out every 14-16 months. I've been having those vehicles s In my day job, I manage a couple of Subaru vehicles attached to my company. They get swapped out every 14-16 months. I've been having those vehicles serviced at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru for the last 4+ years. As those services rarely amount to more than scheduled maintenance, I usually just hang out in their comfortable waiting area, working on their Wi-Fi with a complimentary cup of coffee. Now, in that time, I've gotten to know Scott Putnam on the showroom floor as well as through his Subaru rally team endeavors. When the time came to purchase a new (or new-to-us) vehicle, Scott was the only guy I was calling. His no-pressure approach and easy-going demeanor, plus his long-time experience with the products, made buying our pre-owned Outback a breeze. We haven't purchased a vehicle from a retailer in over 15 years, but we'd buy another one from Scott/Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru tomorrow. More
