An added plus would have been helpful if she had gone over the controls on the vehicle once I had purchased it. The salesman of my 2005 had done that. Now it pains me to remark the following regarding Ross. Ross quoted several prices on warranty $2000 for 10yr 100,000mi then $3400 for 9 yr 100,000 mi and only wrote up my loan with warranty included.at $3300 10yr 100,000 mi. I asked questions about warranty and about rebate of diagnostic, but Ross just joked. I finally canceled warranty agreement was way too expensive.. Ross did not explain all of the paper work I signed, just joked. And I never got the rebate of the cost of diagnostic on 2005 trade-in which Lara got approved. Ross is the first less than 5 star experience I have had with Morrie's Minnetonka in 14 years. Service and body shop have been the best. Reason for visit was service which ended up by my getting a used Outback. Respectfully shared. More

After taking the car home, I was asked to come back in to fix water spots in the car, and some misdated paperwork. I wish that had been right the first time (only reason they don't get 5 stars). However, it was handled in a timely manner, and everyone was very nice! More
