Technology Issues made things slow The internet was down during our purchase. I think Alyssa and Paul were doing everything in their power to make sure we left and were satisfied. I was kind of surprised there was no backup or recovery plan for a business so dependent on the technology working. Luckily the internet came back up and we were able to complete our purchase. It just created some unexpected delays and made things more rushed in the end. We also disliked that that the add on warranties weren't presented in a terms of total cost added to our purchase price, but instead shown in terms of the change in monthly payment. Also, when we declined the add-ons, Paul came back with another option that hadn't been presented. We would've rather been shown all of our options on the front end. Alyssa's laidback style of selling really made the difference in our experience despite all the unpredicted technology issues. More

However, I experienced quite the headache after the fact. I learned that the financing person forgot to have me sign all the papers. I am out of town so it was very inconvenient to drive to the dealership to get this taken care of. There also was a delay with response with emails and calls. I was finally able to get a hold of Craig in financing who was extremely helpful. I ended up financing through my own bank to get it over with and he had a new purchase agreement ready for me before I got to the dealership. More
