You advertise to come in for a quick oil change, no appointment needed. It took 1.5 hours and they wanted to sell me additional maintenance. Needed a loaner car & cannot drive an SUV. Reid got involved because service is not allowed to hold loaners. Because service is not allowed to hold cars. I left a message for the manager and that's when Reid called & personally took care of it. When I picked up my vehicle there was no charge . I had made 2 trips to get a loaner before this. I was not expecting No Charge & that was so kind. It had been a very frustrating experience and this really made up for it! More
