My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Zeck Ford, and we have had great experiences both times. The second vehicle we bought had a malfunction on the day that we were coming to pick it up, and it end and we have had great experiences both times. The second vehicle we bought had a malfunction on the day that we were coming to pick it up, and it ended up being a fairly large repair, but Zeck took care of the repair, at no cost to us. We had to wait for parts to be back in stock for about a week, and our salesperson, Sage Herrera, did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle. And when the repair was completed, they drove the vehicle out to our house, which was awesome, because we live almost an hour away from their dealer, so it was nice that they delivered it to us like that. We absolutely recommend Zeck Ford! More

Mike Amaral, the personal shopper assigned to me, was very quick to engage me in a search after hearing my plight. The engagement never let up, nor was it too much, and the buying experience was pretty smooth. Thankfully, they took the walk-in business without pointing out I needed an appointment. My normal car salesman is my brother in Louisiana, but circumstances, covid, and my work contract are keeping me in Ks. currently.
