Like many other reviews I have read here, our initial impression of Zeck Ford was great. We really liked our salesman, Cliff Howard, as he started as a service technician and then transitioned to sales. impression of Zeck Ford was great. We really liked our salesman, Cliff Howard, as he started as a service technician and then transitioned to sales. He and everyone we met were personable the day we bought our vehicle. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. The check engine light came on within 3 weeks of owning the vehicle and then a couple of months later we noticed water lines on our headliner from a leak. With the pandemic and other things going on in 2020, we didn't prioritize taking the car back to Zeck right away, but I reached out to Cliff multiple times. Once I finally took the car in, they were sarcastic, dismissive and argumentative. My argument: I shouldn't have to shoulder the full financial burden of the issues that were clearly present when I purchased the vehicle. All I got from Cliff and Tyler, the manager, was "it obviously wasn't a priority to you" and "if I had to fix everything that is wrong with the vehicles we sell, we'd be out of business". A good-will gesture of as little as a $50 credit would have gone a long ways, especially considering I had contacted Cliff multiple times...instead of arguing, blaming the customer and burning bridges. Maybe take it as a lesson learned and treat your future customers a little better. More

But Wally led me through what could’ve been a very stressful experience with care, knowledge and patience. He made what normally is a stressful experience a pleasure! Reggie and the financial staff explained the intricate details of the confusing financial and warranty processes in detail and answered all questions and concerns effectively.
