Friendly sales rep, but hectic environment on Saturday(s) I've never seen a car dealership as busy as it was when I went and financed my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. David Macdonald was my sales rep. He did his best wit I've never seen a car dealership as busy as it was when I went and financed my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. David Macdonald was my sales rep. He did his best with helping me figuring everything out, though I wish he wasn't strung out helping 2 or 3 different groups of people. I was hoping for a "personalized" experience, but, as soon as I walked in and saw how busy it was, I knew that wasn't going to be possible. A few things were forgotten, though it was late in the evening close to closing time, and I didn't realize it till after I left (complimentary 5 gallons of gas, and how to program the door codes). I wish the chairs / stools they had in the lobby had some cushion to them. The stools were all stainless, and the main table sat waaay to low to the ground for me to be comfortable at, even with adjusting the stool all the way down. I get what look they were going for, but in terms of practicality, if your'e stuck there waiting for the detail shop, or service, your back and butt will hurt after an hour of sitting on those stainless stools. I would recommend going here despite all this, though, I wouldn't go back on a saturday. More
