We went to the dealership specifically for the Lexus that we saw on cargurus.com. I feel like the overall process was quick and somewhat painless. Sage Herrera was our personal shopper and he was great! We had a smooth and flawless test drive with Sage and decided it was the car we wanted. We knew the price was firm and to us it was more in our favor with 1-2k under marker value. No need to haggle. We thought it was a great deal! We went back to the office and went over the paperwork with Sage and then with Cameron Dexter, the finance guy. Quick and painless since we didn’t have to go through the loan process and both were easy to talk to. The only bad thing was it had just been traded in and they still had to detail it, inspect it and replace anything needed, so we had to leave with out it. We only had to wait a week, which was filled with anticipation, but found out that they replaced all 4 tires with Hanook tires, resurfaced the rotors, and replaced the brakes! That saved us so much money so it was worth the wait. We are so happy with our purchase and have no regrets or buyers remorse! We would gladly do business with Zeck Ford again and highly recommend them. More
