Panic Attack Averted When we first walked into the dealership I asked to speak with a "personal shopper". We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come up to us. My patie When we first walked into the dealership I asked to speak with a "personal shopper". We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come up to us. My patience was wearing very thing as we waited. A storm was coming in but I needed a car. So Louis comes up to speak with us and apologized for the wait. As we sat down and talked I felt as ease. I have not had great buying experiences in the past from other dealers in three states, Kansas included. We test drove a Fusion Hybrid and I liked it. There was no pressure for me to purchase right away. The storm got worse and we had to head for home right away to get home to our daughter with the understanding that we would pickup again later. The next day we came back and Louis met us and we talked about another car. My husband test drove it, we liked it. We bought it. What most impressed me is that Louis kept in contact with me and wanted to know if all was well and everything okay at home and every one was safe. He either was genuinely concerned or worried about his "sale" HA HA!! I truly appreciated his concern, I really did. We both enjoyed our first buying experience at Zeck and Louis made it a very happy occasion for me. I have had panic attacks in the past as I don't like owing money of any sort to any one. I especially appreciated all the information that he gave me on each vehicle that I had seen on line. Upfront and honest and that is the only way to be today. Unfortunately, if you’re looking to negotiate the price down, look elsewhere because the sticker price on their cars are set in stone. Also, they have a non negotiable “administration” fee of $500, so be prepared to pay up a huge unacceptable and unnecessary fee. Other than that, I would recommend this dealership and I honestly feel I got a decent deal on my car. More
