Great Dealership! We recently purchased a car from Zeck Ford. We knew exactly what we were looking for and set up an appointment ahead of time. My husband and I live 4 hours apart and Zeck Ford was almost the middle point between, but that made it difficult to find a time that worked for our schedule! Luckily the people at Zeck, especially Nicole, were ready to accommodate our tricky schedule! We had to change our appointment time multiple times but Nicole was very understanding, easy to reach, and was very friendly. Our sales guy Sage was wonderful! He was so easy to connect with, laid back, and was very friendly. He made the process quick, easy, and exciting. We visited another dealership about a week before and the sale rep basically ignored me and only spoke to my husband (even though we were looking for MY car). Sage was the exact opposite, from the beginning he spoke to both of us and treated us both equal, which was really important to me! If you’re looking for a new car, I recommend going to Zeck Ford; great customer service, good prices, and they gave us a great value for our trade in. Even though they don’t want off commission, ASK FOR SAGE, trust me! More

My Experince with Zeck Ford on my recent Purchase I had not bought a used car in over 15 years. The last time I bought a used car I did it by looking in the Kansas City Star Sunday Classified section. I had not bought a used car in over 15 years. The last time I bought a used car I did it by looking in the Kansas City Star Sunday Classified section. Being a bit of an older codger I was not familiar with the process of doing internet searches for used cars. On the plus side I knew exactly the car I wanted - a 2017 or 2018 Lincoln MKZ with less then 20,000 miles somewhere in the vicinity of Kansas City. . I queried this on Google. There were a few Ford/Lincoln dealerships in the Kansas City area and each one of them had 2 or 3 Lincoln MKZ's with none of them meeting my criteria. Then I found the Zeck Ford web page. Zeck had over two dozen Lincoln MKZ's and a half a dozen of them met my criteria and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they were. I called and scheduled an appointment. My appointment date and time was confirmed back to me by text with a note that I would be dealing with Louis Scrivo. I started my trek on a Saturday morning up to Leavenworth. Louis spent significant time with me and going over the various features of the six Lincolns that met my criteria. We narrowed the selection down to two to test drive. I feel in love with one of the cars and told Louis lets type up the paperwork for a purchase. Louis was courteous and professional throughout the whole process from beginning to end making sure I was satisfied not only with the car but also the buying experience. He never pressured me in any way. For an old codger like myself I found buying a used car from Louis at Zeck Ford to be a very satisfying experience and one that I would recommend to my family and friends. More

Simple and Exciting From start to finish I felt everyone was honest and explained the process to me well. This was my first car buying experience and they made it so easy and simple. They answered all my questions in great detail. They answered every time I called even after the dealership was closed. Overall it was great service. The people I was working with made it a great experience and never seemed irritated if I asked I lot of questions. I left there with the car I wanted at a great price. My salesman broke everything down for me in a way that didnt get my hopes up but still kept me excited about the car buying experience. The finance guy was awesome and showed me all my options and even told me what he did not recommend. Driving off the lot in my new car was the most exciting thing I've done as an adult so far. Definitely will be going back when I'm ready for a new car. More

Waste of time! I went to Zeck Ford to look at two trucks, one was sold and the other was still in stock. This truck was marked 4K over Kelly Blue Book and NADA recom I went to Zeck Ford to look at two trucks, one was sold and the other was still in stock. This truck was marked 4K over Kelly Blue Book and NADA recommendations. I asked why so High basically got that's the price no further explanation. The sales manager then started to advise me look at other vehicles he had in stock that he could deal on. I looked at the truck I was interested in and a couple of the trucks the sales manager suggested. I had my truck appraised. I made a fair offer based on Kelly BB and NADA standards that was immediately denied and on my trade even though both the sales manager and salesman told me it was a clean low mileage trade they offered me the low end of fair value. So their vehicle is worth 4k over Kelly BB and mine was worth the absolutely lowest amount possible. The sales manager then tried to get me to look at other vehicles I had not interest in. I am sure not all vehicle are priced this way but Zeck Ford did me no favors and basically wasted my time. I will be happy to share my experience with my friends, family, and co-workers. More
