I found exactly what I wanted at Zeck Ford, I sent an email through cargurus and Nicole got back to me very quickly, answered all of questions and made buying a car sight unseen a little less nerve racking. After I sent my payment they set up delivery. They delivered my car on Monday 7 days after I first contacted Nicole, I am in love with it and it looks better in person then online. I never thought I would buy a car online, but Nicole and everyone I talked to at Zeck Ford were fantastic, they will be my first search when I am ready for my next car. More

Very Impressive I went in expecting a high pressure painful negotiation for a car. I was warmly greeted and introduced to a salesman by the name of Mike Amaral. I explained I saw a car on the internet and he pulled it up along with another similar model so I could review in the office then explained the way they did business in a friendly no nonsense way which is exactly the way I like things. He went with me on the test drive and explained any questions I had without hesitation. I decided on the car and we did the deal without pressure and with me knowing I had the vehicle I wanted not what he wanted to sell due to commission. By the way, they do not work on commission so it takes the pressure off him and the buyer to sell the car. I went back a couple of days later since I wanted another key and met with Terry Gift who again made me feel very welcome and answered a couple of questions I had. (Mike was tied up so Terry stepped in to keep me from waiting). I also had great service from Julie McIntire in the service department who not only programmed a new key but put a new battery in my old fob since it seemed sluggish to her. Thank you to all of you!! I love my car and will come back here for future purchases. More

Bought '17 Ford Escape SE Good place to buy. They had very competitive prices. They do have a dealership fee which was higher than some other dealers, however even with that th Good place to buy. I called out some minor issues (small piece of trim missing) I wanted to have addressed with the car and they went through and found some additional issues (a couple additional small pieces of trim that I did not see) that they took care of as well. I worked with Sage. He was very helpful and fun to work with. He was always available by text or phone when I had any questions. I highly recommend working with Sage. More
