The salesperson, Rick Mears, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and pretty sure that would have been the same for any car on their lot. The financial person, Jeremiah Bland, knew we were in a hurry to get to a sporting event and made every effort to finish his responsibilities as quickly as possible. Between buying the car on Saturday and finalizing and picking up the vehicle on Monday, I decided I wanted to keep my old vehicle for my daughter, Jeremiah had no problem with updating all the paperwork and financing for the new arrangement. Before leaving with my new Escape they had me sit down with a young lady, to verify that all my expectations had been met and that they had done everything they should have to complete the sell. I'm so impressed with their sales group, that even though they are 30 miles away from my home and there is another Ford dealership 3 miles from my home, I plan to return there for service needs. Pretty sure my daughter will be looking at used vehicles there, in the near future. They had a nice selection of used cars the day we were there. More
