Communication Breakdown I haven't had the best luck buying a used car recently, but I figured I'd give it another shot. I asked for an extended test drive on. Found quite a few issues with the vehicle and worked with the sales managers to resolve them. It was quite a mess of a list as well as a lot of people involved, and with that came some misunderstanding and miscommunication. Eventually we worked everything out on both ends and they did everything they could to make me a happy customer, even though I was far from nice at times. More
