Don't have them do repair I have brought two cars from them. The first one was because of the price and the miles and the second one was because I found out the first one had I have brought two cars from them. The first one was because of the price and the miles and the second one was because I found out the first one had frame damage. Which they did not disclose and it was not in the car fax report til I went to Car max to trade it in. I went back to Zeck ford and after demanding that they fix the issue for a month I ended up with another car from them to get off from up under my old car. Two months later the water pump went out.(Took it to the Dodge dealer not Zeck) Ok no problem got it fixed and so far so good 1 year later. But the quick lane oil changes is now a problem. I get my oil changed and my tires rotated regularly. About 6 months ago I had my tires rotated from them. We noticed a strange noise coming from the car so we took it in to Firestone to get checked out. Come to find out Zeck had not tightened up my lug nuts on my tires (Yes the lug nuts!). So one came off and the other four on the same tire (front passager) was loose. I took my Truck back up to Zeck. I showed them the paper work from Firestone and the lady at the desk said sorry we can offer your next oil change be on us. I asked if I could get the tires rotated on them to since that was the problem and she said no just the oil change. I said fine thanks. Went back in 3 months later for my oil change and tire rotation. A month later we heard the same sound again. We knew right off what it could had been, but we could not imagine it happing again. Sure enough I got out the car went to the back drivers tire and low and behold I could turn the lug nut with my hand (and I wear nails and I'm not that strong). I looked around the car and there was a lug nut missing again and the other ones was loose. I was livid . I have had dealings with Derek Zeck in the past about the lemon they solded me. So I called him. When I finally talked to him on the phone he sounded sincere. But then he had his service manager call me back to verify if what I was saying was true. (And I get that but could he had not checked the computer to verify what I was telling him and I know that this is a cruile world that we are living in and someone is always out to get something for free, but we are not those kind of people we just figured that if we spend our hard earned cash we want it to be done right and not put our family lives in danger). When I talked to the service manager he told me that it is just a human error and this has been happening and they will talk to the mechanic who did the job. He basically said just come get the nut on and thank God nothing happened. I asked him where was Derek Zeck who I wanted to talk to and he told me that the weather was bad and he might not make it in today that's why he had me to call you. I expressed to him that I made it to work in the snow and ice mix with one missing lug, because my husband tightened up the other ones the best that he could. And your telling me he can't make it in. But I just wanted a phone call from him because I did not want to deal with multiple people. I finally got a hold of Derek again and he told me to bring my Truck up after work and ask for him when I get there. I took my Truck up and asked for him. First of all the lady at the desk had no clue of what I was talking about so I had to tell her the story all over. She had to order the lug and that took about an hour. I told her that Derek told me to ask for him and she said, (I don't think he's here) in a very rude tone. I said,(Well he told me to ask for him when I got here) she just look at me and went towards the back. When she returned she did not say anything to me and I did not ask if she checked. They did not offer me anything not a oil change not a key chain not a car wash nothing. So I will NOT EVER GO TO ZECK FORD FOR SERVICE!!! THEY DON'T CARE I was just another paying customer. If my check would of bounced they would of tracked my down and charged me extra fees, but that there check bounced(to ensure good service) it was not big deal. I didn't DIE you know in a car accident. My husband checked the oil just the other day because he said my Truck was ticking and low and behold no oil was on the stick none. I had to go and buy some and put it in. He was very upset. I have a newer truck with no leaks so don't know what happened there just will not go back. We would of called and took my Truck back, but we don't know what they would of done the next time to it. More

Bought my second car from Zeck! As always all the associates went above and beyond to get the answers I needed, find the car I was looking for and make it work with my budget plan. T As always all the associates went above and beyond to get the answers I needed, find the car I was looking for and make it work with my budget plan. They do A LOT of business because the experience and prices are better than everywhere else. I live 50mins from them and it is always worth the haul out there to get the right service and car for me. I even had my dad from NC look into them while in town, needless to say they worked hard, found the right car for him in town, had it brought to the dealer and he walked away with a new car. Highly recommend. More

1st time there. Super smooth operation I had an appointment on a Saturday, "appt. highly recomended" Could not believe how busy the place was. Zeck Ford is a busier Ford dealership compared to most others I've been to, but I feel like they want to work with you to try and get you in the vehicle your interested in at a payment and terms that you're comfortable with. My "Go To" place for Cars I have been buying cars for my whole family from this dealership for over 15 years. They are exceptional! I have always been happy, and on the rare oc I have been buying cars for my whole family from this dealership for over 15 years. They are exceptional! I have always been happy, and on the rare occasion we have a minor hiccup, it is addressed quickly and fairly. I have also used their body shop, with USAA insurance repairs, and their work is top notch. I use the service department for oil changes, as well as repairs, even on non-Ford brand cars. I am now a three Ford family - Explorer, Edge and Focus. Their pricing is "no-haggle", but for a reason. Their margins are low, and anytime you do an internet search for vehicles, theirs will come up at the top of the list for low price, and are great value. They are very fair on trade in values. If you need a vehicle, make SURE you check here first, and last. Finally, I have been buying cars from two of their salesmen (they are non-commisisoned). Fran Weis sold me cars before he worked there, and now is my favorite guy. He's there to help you find what you need, not what is "hot". Rick Mears sold me the Explorer, and steered me there to a great deal on a Ford "buyback". There had been some issues with the NAV system, so Ford had to buy it back under lemon law, fix the system, and resell. I got it for 2/3 original MSRP one year old with 13K miles. It is my second favorite vehicle I have ever owned, after a Nissan 280Z I had for 13 years. These guys are awesome! Thanks Zeck Ford for helping me stretch a dollar and get great value, and being friendly folks on top of it all! More
