While in the market for a new SUV, the sales team (Dustin specifically) was very informative of the vehicle options we could explore, as well as what he had to offer at that time. He was also exhaustive in searching for the best deal available in terms of incentives and rebates. We had placed a hold on the vehicle, but not before the owner lent it to a friend. We were told that the vehicle would come back with about 500 or so miles on it (given it was a loaner for 3 days), but when the "friend" returned it, he had accrued an additional 2000 miles. The dealership was willing to reduce the price by $500 and throw in some floor mats, and we were able to close the deal. Should I be in the market for another Ford, Zeck will be at the top of my list to begin my shopping experience. More

My husband and I met our daughter at the dealership to help with her infant while she test drove a vehicle she was interested in and to oversee the bu My husband and I met our daughter at the dealership to help with her infant while she test drove a vehicle she was interested in and to oversee the buying process as she has only done this one other time. My first impression was, even though they were crazy busy, all the employees that went buy stopped to talk or play with the infant! The buying process took some time but Chris Worthing did a great job of making it an excellent experience. He answered all of our questions to reassure us that she was getting what she wanted.
