You should prepare yourself to deal with standard dealership tactics once you get past your "personal shopper" in the sales and finance department, but they aren't unprofessional, just doing their job. It may catch you off guard because Gavin is so accommodating and low pressure. He's also kept working with us after the purchase, which is terrific. More

Unfortunately, that car recently flooded and I was decestated. "Car shopping is no fun!" I knew that there was only one dealer I wanted to deal with it to replace my car. One that would make car shopping as simple as possible. This time I was referred by a friend to specifically see Jeff Bowlin, and I'm glad I did. He is extremely laid back and straight forward. I didn't think car shopping could be so easy. When I moved on to finance, I spoke with Brandon, who was very thorough with all of the paperwork and explaining all of my options. This was super helpful, seeing as I am fairly new to making big purchases like these on my own. Overall, the entire staff is extremely nice and very dedicated to customer service.
