I came in Monday after work (I suggest making an appointment as these folks are extremely busy) and they had the vehicle ready to drive. Jeff went out of his way to answer all of our questions, took us on an extended test drive and demonstrated all of the different features of the vehicle (used 2016 Ford Explorer XLT). I was never pressured to make a decision. Didn't have to haggle on price. He took his time to explain every piece of paper I signed. I really cant say enough good things about Jeff, his manager Laura and Mike?, the finance manager. I'm 51 and have bought my share of vehicles over the years. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had. There is a good reason they sell so many vehicles - they are changing the reputation of the industry one customer at a time. It's about time. Other dealerships put fake prices online to try to bring in people, and Zeck does not do that, and that if great. The advertised price was the price, and the administration fee was advertised clearly as well. No surprises. More
