I had been looking for a specific vehicle and found what I was looking My overall experience with Zeck Ford and their top notch sales team was great. I had been looking for a specific vehicle and found what I was looking for at Zeck. I reached out to the dealership where I was then contacted by Buddy Siems. We corresponded briefly and he answered all of my preliminary questions making it an easy decision to make the drive to the dealership for a test drive. Buddy went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I didn't realize at the time but "appointments strongly suggested" really means something. I just made the decision to go to the dealership and Buddy had a previous appointment scheduled for the same time I showed up. He accommodated me and took me for a test drive. He even came in on his day off to close the deal...making me the happy owner of a fully loaded Escape. I would strongly recommend Zeck to EVERYONE looking for a great used vehicle.
