Great experience. I called several dealers all of whom had limited stock for our Siena LTD. Matt Smith arranged a dealer trade to get our exact car and had it ready in one day. The rest of the staff (finance, managers) were great and very down-to-earth. It was just the right amount of attention (not too much, not to little) to make my car buying experience very comfortable. The facility was GREAT--I was impressed by the showroom and lounge. They had wi-fi, a good selection of television shows, and a kids' area (I would hate to bring my kid with me to buy a car, but if I had to, this would be the place to bring him!). On the whole, I would definitely recommend Mossy Toyota. More

I have purchased Toyota Prius 2010 model from Josh Adams through Car for Clunker program. However, my title was in northern CA home. I had to arrange a same-day delivery service for my existing car's title through Car for Clunker program. However, my title was in northern CA home. I had to arrange a same-day delivery service for my existing car's title from northern CA to San Diego. Josh helped me greatly in contract and back and forth with the paper work. He worked with me in the morning 08/21/09 and also that evening when my old car title arrived. He showed me the operation highlights and test driving. He was friendly and professional. I have to tell you, Josh Adams exemplifies what Customer Service is. His approach with me was very genuine, something that you don't always find when looking for a new vehicle. The first time I went in, I went in just looking. Josh spent about an hour with me going over features, and discussing my options and my current situation, and what it was going to take to get me in the new vehicle. I didn't purchase that day, but what Josh told me when I was leaving was "I don't care when you buy the car, as long as you buy it from me." Josh didn't at all hassle me, rush me or do anything that would push me away from wanting to purchase from him, unlike other experiences that I had after looking around for the next month. Not one, again, NOT ONE salesperson took any interest that Josh took that first day with me. During that month of looking Josh would occasionally call me, leave me messages to see if I was still interested and to offer a couple of deals that were going on with his dealership. The same customer service skills that I drive my people to do on a daily basis. By him making the simplest contact with me showed me that I would be taken care of in the best of ways from Mossy Toyota, and the money that I would be spending would be going to the right place. In this economy, people are more apt to spending money where they feel wanted, and appreciated, and that is why I chose to buy a vehicle from Josh Adams. I recognize employees everyday in front of their peers, knowing what it does for the moral of my store and that individual, and I hope Mossy does the same for Josh Adams.
