Brett Drummer was great to work with. He was very helpful, patient, and accommodating doing the initial communications via email. On this front, Brett beat the other 3 dealership sales reps I was communicating with. Overall I was pleased with my experience. It was smooth and as painless as buying a car can be. My K5 seems to be a great car so far. I cannot speak about service as it has only been one day. I am hoping their service and long-term care are as good as the sales experience. More
