We took are vehicle in because we had a check engine light come on and the vehicle is still under warranty. We made an appointment and dropped off the car. They checked the vehicle over and also found s light come on and the vehicle is still under warranty. We made an appointment and dropped off the car. They checked the vehicle over and also found some trim pieces missing from the sun roof. They made the repairs and replaced the trim pieces around the sun roof. The car was due for service so they called us and took care of the service at the same time. The service department did a great job and where very professional. As long as I keep getting this kind of service from Motor City I will tell friends and family about it and keep coming back to Motor City. Thanks and great job guys keep it up. Thanks again More

Our last two service visits did not go well. We drove from Paso Robles for a 12:00 appointment and were told it would take about 3 hours. When we returned Sean had the receptionist tell us it was not re from Paso Robles for a 12:00 appointment and were told it would take about 3 hours. When we returned Sean had the receptionist tell us it was not ready. When I asked how long it would be he finally spoke with us and it had not even been started. after asking to speak to the manager was told it was on hold??? The manager Eric was very apologetic and got someone on it right away. We have one more free service and definitely will not return after that. I will ask for someone other than Sean to to help us. His attitude was very “could care less”. More
