He provided excellent customer service by staying late the night before to show us the RV, to taking care of everything while we were there, making sure everything was taken care of before we left, and continued to follow-up with us while we were on the road from Texas to Kansas and even after our arrival home. He is definitely the person we would want to do business with again when we return to get another RV. Also, we had great customer service from Matt and Omar and also another technician (that I failed to get his name). He fixed our outlet and a lock on one of the storage bins right before we were wanting to get on the road. Unfortunately the prep department doesn’t meet the standards of a first class dealer..To many issues with quality of this new motorhome, drove to Casper Wy and someone mentioned the rear tire looked low, well it was only 60 pds. Of air in the right rear dual and the inner dual had no air at all. The air to the inner tire was never installed, The motorhome was all over the road. Sincerely troubled More
