Both my husband and I would like to acknowledge each phase of our journey with the Motorhome Specialists (MHS) and their respective staff members. MHS has their processes and systems in place from sales to financing, RV prepping team, Concierge, and 1:1 hands on orientation. Each phase we transitioned through was streamlined and customer focused. There isn't any high-sales pressure. We were treated like family. It is obvious that the MHS team enjoys their various roles and understands how important teamwork is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. We highly recommend MHS when looking for a RV. Here's our story: In 2017 on a trip with friends, we stopped at MHS to look at the new diesel pushers. We got into a golf cart and started exploring the premises. We found the 2018 Entegra Anthem and knew that was the RV for us. Additionally, we were extremely impressed with how clean MHS keeps all of their RVs. Fast forward to May 2018: While we were on an April vacation in our other motorhome in Williams, Arizona, we saw three different 2018 Entegra Anthems in the RV park. We talked with the various owners, who couldn't say enough about their RVs. Hence, we started our online search while on vacation. We found the one we liked at MHS and we were connected with our Sales Rep, Justin Nassiff. After speaking with Justin via phone, we made a deposit and then made our plans to fly out to finalize the deal. We were very excited. Between that phone call and our arrival, I discovered that I needed pacemaker surgery. When meeting with Justin, we apprised him of our situation and a condition of sale was that MHS would hold our RV until I was cleared to travel post surgery. To complicate matters further, two weeks post surgery, I again had to have another, more serious surgery. We kept Justin informed of our breaking medical situation and he was most understanding. He told us not to worry about the RV as we were very concerned that our RV may have to sit on their lot for an extended period of time. Justin's genuine concern for me was most reassuring. July 10 2018: We finally arrived at MHS. We were greeted by Justin. We were then given a bottle of wine by our Finance Rep, Don, which is the most expensive bottle of wine we have ever purchased (LOL). Justin then took us to our new RV, which was waiting for us in one of their delivery bays. We found our RV in pristine condition, detailed and ready for us. Justin even gave us a MHS vehicle to use during our stay as we had to turn in our rental car. Justin then introduced us to our Service Tech, Arturo. We found Arturo to be extremely knowledgeable, hands-on, methodical in his orientation and very patient with us as we each took notes along the way. (Arturo's process of his customers' orientation is to completed the outside of the RV first and then proceed to its interior thereby avoiding the customer having to go in and out of their RV.) He stayed with us as long as needed to ensure we understood the various functionalities of our RV. He came back and checked on us throughout our stay at MHS. Part of the MHS orientation is to have their customers stay in their new RV at least one night to ensure a rewarding experience before embarking on your journey home. Prior to our identified arrival date, the RV goes through a 100 point check inspection on its electronics, motors, appliances including a water leak check. Upon presentation to us, everything on and in our RV was in showroom condition. Arturo returned the second day and answered our questions, helped us with the various electronics and anything we needed. He never forgot us and we were very impressed with his customer service and technical knowledge. We were introduced to Ted from Security. He gave us his business card and checked on us both days. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. Matt, MHS Concierge Rep, introduced himself and wanted to ensure that all of our customer needs and expectations were met. He, too, stopped by frequently to check on us. We found him to be very personable and professional. John, the Satellite Tech from an outside vendor who works with the MHS customers, was prompt with our appointment. He came to us while we were at MHS and assisted us with our satellite dish. We found him to be very knowledgeable and skillful when dealing with TVs, remotes and satellite dishes. We decided at the last minute to have traveler satellite dish installed and he was able to do so that very day. In closing, we now have new friends in Alvarado, Texas at MHS. Our journey through their sales and delivery process was on point. We will be returning in November for the Entegra Anthem Owners Training Academy and are looking forward to seeing our new friends again. We highly recommend MHS. Their prices got us there, where we discovered a larger place with a much larger inventory and more amenities than we had ever imagined. They let you wander the lot on a golf cart they provide, without a salesman bugging you. When you are ready to ask questions, sales people are easy to find. Or communicate via email prior to arriving like we did. The sales process was easy and straightforward and much cheaper than you are going to find anywhere else. Our salesman Collin Caffey, was congenial, pleasant, patient and knowledgeable for our many questions, if he didn't know the answer, he found out and reported back to us very quickly. He was also very prompt and helpful in helping us to make decisions without pressure of any kind. Juan, our make ready guy, was also very helpful in explaining operational procedures and quickly fixing any small problems we had. And Chris Purcell, our finance person, completed the process quickly and easily. Matt Killam, Customer Care Concierge was very personable and ready to help had any problems arisen. They didn't. Virtually all of the personnel we dealt with at MHSRV were very pleasant and skillful at their tasks. MHSRV is an incredible place, staffed by incredible people with a wonderful attitude. When the deal on that unit became a little dicey, Don (finance guy) helped us understand we could get a more expensive unit at the same payment we would be paying for the unit we came to look at. So, Nolan (sales) spent the rest of the day showing us units that would fit into that price range. At the end of the day, when it was all said and done, we wound up getting a unit that was $20,000 less than the first one we looked at!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish. When we’re ready to upgrade in the future, we’ll definitely be giving Nolan a call!!! More

They are experts at helping people from all over the country connect with the best RV to meet your needs. The support continues after the sale too. For Example, during delivery the second set of keys for our coach could not be located. Marty did not rest until he found them and overnighted them to us. Thanks for your support. More
Our First home on Wheels We recently purchased a pre-owned Class A diesel pusher. It was our first experience in this realm of RV. We dealt with Buck as our salesperson. He shared his knowledge with us and answered all of our questions. His communication was great as we live out of state and flew in to pick up of coach. The finance manager Don also had great communication and was very approachable. As with any major purchase do your due diligence but overall it was a nice experience. More

Our first trip we met Salesman Jimmy Campana. He was helping someone with some service details out on the lot and we actually thought he was a service guy .Jimmy stopped what he was doing and answered our questions and then gave us his card Six years later Jimmy held our hand as we bought our Entera Anthem . THIS was a big deal to my husband and I and Jimmy never pressured us in any way or left us feeling like we were asking stupid questions .Once we finally made the commitment he literally became our baby sitter Jimmy did not quit us after the sale either He continued to help us he really is a 5 star salesman We absolutely do not think we could have done this with out Jimmy Jimmy was there for us by phone by text in person MHSRV made the looking fun and Jimmy made the purchase a pleasure Jimmy Campana is your go to guy !!! Great experience buying our first RV! I chose MSHRV based on the excellent service I received when I called with questions about a used class C unit they had on the lot. Oscar went out of his way to answer my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. The used unit did not work out for us, but after shopping around and comparing prices (and calling other dealers in the area who were less than helpful), we returned a few weeks later to shop new units on the lot. Oscar gave us the space we needed to shop the units, but was still available to answer questions. We loved having the golf cart to ride around in, especially with two children. They were very accommodating of our rambunctious kids as well :). We found the unit we wanted and Billy secured us financing with a rate that beat our credit union. We took care of many of the details over the phone and came the following weekend to pick up the unit. The on-site (and free!) cafeteria is a nice touch, especially if shopping with kids who are always hungry. We never felt pressured to make a purchase- which I loved. Camping at the dealership the night we picked up our unit was a great experience- we found only a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of and it was done promptly the next morning. Matt, the concierge, checked on us several times and answered any questions we had about the unit. Tim did our walkthrough and orientation and explained all the features of the coach, along with some basic maintenance tips. After filling our RV up with gas the next morning, we hit the road back home to Pflugerville. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The prices and service here cannot be beat. More
