He provided excellent customer service by staying late the night before to show us the RV, to taking care of everything while we were there, making sure everything was taken care of before we left, and continued to follow-up with us while we were on the road from Texas to Kansas and even after our arrival home. He is definitely the person we would want to do business with again when we return to get another RV. Also, we had great customer service from Matt and Omar and also another technician (that I failed to get his name). He fixed our outlet and a lock on one of the storage bins right before we were wanting to get on the road. Unfortunately the prep department doesn’t meet the standards of a first class dealer..To many issues with quality of this new motorhome, drove to Casper Wy and someone mentioned the rear tire looked low, well it was only 60 pds. Of air in the right rear dual and the inner dual had no air at all. The air to the inner tire was never installed, The motorhome was all over the road. Sincerely troubled More

2019 Entegra Esteem 29v Purchase It was so easy dealing with Marty and Billy from Florida and 4 days later we were welcomed in Texas to spend some time in our new RV. Found MHS on a web search for an Entegra C Class after a different dealer let me down on one. From start to finish, Marty Hunt responded quickly and was always courteous and patient in answering questions, and we actually ended up with the newer upgraded Esteen model. Billy in finance took it from there with a good deal and no flaming hoops for us to jump through. After the 13 hour drive from Florida, Marty picked us where we left our truck for tow bar installation and escorted us to our new baby where Travis, our Tech, took over and walked us around and thru the vehicle, explained operations and patiently answered questions. Oh, and Matt, Concierge stopped by to welcome us as well... then back to Billy to finalize. Overall surprisingly stress free and great experience! More
