Yay we did it We’ve been looking and studying motor homes for several years,from going to shows Visiting with owners at parks or even a gas station .Anout 6 years a We’ve been looking and studying motor homes for several years,from going to shows Visiting with owners at parks or even a gas station .Anout 6 years ago we started making the trip to MHSRV at least twice a year.We loved that we got a golf cart to spend the day in and having a huge selection of coaches to look at . Our first trip we met Salesman Jimmy Campana. He was helping someone with some service details out on the lot and we actually thought he was a service guy .Jimmy stopped what he was doing and answered our questions and then gave us his card Six years later Jimmy held our hand as we bought our Entera Anthem . THIS was a big deal to my husband and I and Jimmy never pressured us in any way or left us feeling like we were asking stupid questions .Once we finally made the commitment he literally became our baby sitter Jimmy did not quit us after the sale either He continued to help us he really is a 5 star salesman We absolutely do not think we could have done this with out Jimmy Jimmy was there for us by phone by text in person MHSRV made the looking fun and Jimmy made the purchase a pleasure Jimmy Campana is your go to guy !!! Great experience buying our first RV! I chose MSHRV based on the excellent service I received when I called with questions about a used class C unit they had on the lot. Oscar went out of I chose MSHRV based on the excellent service I received when I called with questions about a used class C unit they had on the lot. Oscar went out of his way to answer my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. The used unit did not work out for us, but after shopping around and comparing prices (and calling other dealers in the area who were less than helpful), we returned a few weeks later to shop new units on the lot. Oscar gave us the space we needed to shop the units, but was still available to answer questions. We loved having the golf cart to ride around in, especially with two children. They were very accommodating of our rambunctious kids as well :). We found the unit we wanted and Billy secured us financing with a rate that beat our credit union. We took care of many of the details over the phone and came the following weekend to pick up the unit. The on-site (and free!) cafeteria is a nice touch, especially if shopping with kids who are always hungry. We never felt pressured to make a purchase- which I loved. Camping at the dealership the night we picked up our unit was a great experience- we found only a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of and it was done promptly the next morning. Matt, the concierge, checked on us several times and answered any questions we had about the unit. Tim did our walkthrough and orientation and explained all the features of the coach, along with some basic maintenance tips. After filling our RV up with gas the next morning, we hit the road back home to Pflugerville. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The prices and service here cannot be beat. More

Great overall experience! This is the best dealership in history! Not only because the cost is far less than others. Customer experience is there top goal. Shortly after you arrive a young man comes up to you and ask how he can make our visit better and that is his whole job. Delivery pad is a full hookup and they encourage you to sleep over to make sure you are comfortable and to resolve any newly found issues with your unit. Great lunch was served restaurant quality not junk food. Sales staff is a no pressure staff, they know they are the cheapest and they just want to help make a informed decision! For such a fast pace high traffic place, they sure did slow down and explain detail after detail to me and understood how I will be retiring from the military and worked with my budget. For sales, they grasped the concept of our compensation and even blended retirement package that comes from the military after 20 years of service. Mark Griffith over all set the tone for a luxury item buying experience. He appeared to be the busiest one in the entire front office, but managed to take my call or call back within the hour.
