Great experience for a couple of RV novices We hail from Hawaii and are first time RV owners. My husband researched new and preowned RVs which led us to MHSRV and Sales Associate Rodney Melton. We hail from Hawaii and are first time RV owners. My husband researched new and preowned RVs which led us to MHSRV and Sales Associate Rodney Melton. We made our purchase in a matter of hours and returned a month later to pick up our 2014 40' Berkshire. You would think making such an important purchase would be intimidating but it wasn't due to the relaxed, casual buying experience. Rodney was the epitome of "no hassle, no pressure". Upon our return, we stayed at MHSRV for three days where Arturo did a great job going through the interior/exterior inspection with us, followed up by multiple visits from Matt Kellam who answered and attended to our every need and concern. Rodney provided some driving instruction and we were off and running. We have now been on the road for only five days and so far so good. Texas is a great place to start with its wide open roads so we're happy campers looking forward to many great adventures . More

Updated: 1/11/18 How easily they forget you! We bought this right after Thanksgiving and two things have quit working. I called my salesman and got a bunch of ma'ams like we had never meet. He seemed so sincere when we bought it but I guess that's what you call a slam bam thank you ma'am now that they got my money. Make sure when you buy you check everything out because they don't really care after you drive off the lot! Great experience! Our salesman Lonnie was very nice. Our Walk thru specialist Roy was very thorough and patient with all our questions. The finance specialist Billy was extremely efficient. All were extremely dog friendly and treated our dog Padro very well. More

So I pulled the plug on the deal and the refused to give me my deposit back. Every minute of my experience was at best poor on every level from sales, finance to honestly. Look elsewhere. More

JD was focused on meeting our needs in suggesting rv's and was readily available by phone/text and checked on us as needed. Price reductions off MSRP were exceptional; with this reduction, trade-in allowances are much tighter, but without any high pressure sales. After the sale, staff in finance, customer service, and service were all very friendly, accommodating, frequently checked on and filled our needs. I will definitely look at MHSRV again my next purchase. More

Warranty issues brought this motorhome in March 2017 from Motor home specialist in Alvarado Texas, Over a period of about three months I noticed the front suspension brought this motorhome in March 2017 from Motor home specialist in Alvarado Texas, Over a period of about three months I noticed the front suspension felt like it had no shocks at all while driving down the highway. It was so bad that it loosened up the moulding on the dash board. I took the motor home to Fleetwood to have some things repaired and complain about the front end airbags seem to not be inflating all the way, and the front tires were hitting the wheel well this was on 1 August 2017, they had the motor home for three weeks . On 24 August 2017 they referred me to freight liner PREMIER TRUCK GROUP of Dallas there they adjusted the front leveling valve and adjusted the ride to where the front of the Rv is level, they also repaired some air leaks in the system. When I went to them about the cracked wheel wells they said they would not cover it because it was the coach that caused the problem so I went back to Fleetwood and they refused to repair they said it was a freight liner problem. This is a total breach of Warranty. I find it hard to believe that freight liner would put their product in a Fleetwood motorhome and not cover any damage that it caused. When I called Fleetwood customer care they have the same answer for me not their problem. I have tried calling Motor Home Specialist General Manager left a message nobody seems to want to get back with me on this issue, I am looking for some assistance with this problem looks like I picked the wrong company to do business with, Tis is what you get when you buy the supposedly best warranty Fleetwood sells, My mistake. When you read the service performed invoice somebody is responsible for the damage. What do I need to do both parties don’t want to talk with each other. I would like some help in this matter or I will have to take other actions. More
