Buyer Beware. I purchased our Sunseeker from MHSRV December 2019. Purchased the best warranty available for $5355 according to the finance guy. Guess what 3 years I purchased our Sunseeker from MHSRV December 2019. Purchased the best warranty available for $5355 according to the finance guy. Guess what 3 years later I need some work done, no problem I have a bad xxx warranty... It took 3 days of calling before I got someone to answer the phone. Had to schedule an appointment to drop my rv off. Justin Pongratz told me it would take several weeks to look at my rv, then a couple more to get estimates and contact warranty. After 4 months this is what took place. Warranty only covered a portion of the television (after much complaining they replaced it under warranty). Bedroom slide had become detached from the exterior wall (not covered by warranty) had to pay $600 for repair and they only give a 90-day warranty. Hot water heater was inoperative, was told warranty covered the repair however my hot water heater still does not work. Shower door leaked water (not covered under warranty) paid $200 to have it repaired and it still leaks water. I also purchased the exterior protection warranty, and my decals are fading asked about that being covered and Justin stated Oh yeah, we sell that warranty, but we do not file the claims and Justin was unsure of even how to file a claim. Bottom line I spent $1400 with them and all that was completed was slide had new screws put into exterior wall and tv was replaced under warranty. I also have suspension bushings with cracks large enough I can insert a penny in the cracks (not covered under warranty). Please, Please do your research and buy from someone else. These guys are the epitome of used car dealerships. Sly, Crafty and DISHONEST. You will no longer exist to them the moment you drive off the lot. More
The sales staff was GREAT until we left the lot with the motor home. It was a consignment motorhome. They said they had checked everything. During our first trip, the seatbelt was broken. That is a basic safety standard I would think should be checked. I called the salesperson who told me, "That's a shame." He then asked if I wanted a suggestion of where to go have it fixed. We had only had the motorhome for a week. I think they should have checked for something like a seatbelt. I also think they should have fixed it. I am also curious about the warranty as they pushed it HARD. After reading the reviews, I am a bit afraid.... More
These people are dishonest. My family has been saving up for a long time to get the RV of our dreams and this has been nothing but problems, EXPENSIVE problems! Within 5 minutes of driving it off the lot, we have had so many problems with it. They BS you with their “checklist”, which is mostly cosmetic and very basic items. Our RV should have never been sold in the condition that we received it. Buyer beware! More
Service dept is worse than terrible. Will not return phone calls or email message. If you are full time rv'er, they will NOT even look at your unit without leaving it unoccupied for 1 w Will not return phone calls or email message. When you live in your rv, how can you leave it unoccupied for 6 weeks if you are not from the local area? The key word is UNOCCUPIED. More

What a disaster. Still getting a Class C Thor Sprinter fixed after 9 months. They don’t answer the phone. They cut ceiling lights the the day we left, because we couldn’t switch them off. The slide out motor didn’t work. The black box flush valve didn’t work. We had over (are you ready?) 40 repairs and we’re still not done. We received a damaged front wheel well ( scratches and two tiny dents) that they blamed on Thor. Thor has the delivery inspection receipt verifying they received the van with no damage or repairs necessary -they lied in an email blaming Thor for damage, but offered $500 anyway. We are disgusted beyond words. I have had numerous discussions with Thor about this fraud. The manufacturer should eliminate the dealership from the purchasing process. Imagine 40 problems with your new Honda? What would that do to Honda’s reputation? They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Absolute, total clown show. These frauds really should be shut down. I could go on and on. In the end, Thor has spent approximately $10,000 to make repairs and I still have body damage. Caveat Emptor!!! More
The most dishonest, poorly run, terrible customer service experience we have every experienced. From the owner/CEO down to the minions, they could care less about customer service and communication. Once the sale was final and they had their money and moved the unit it was pulling teeth to get repair work done and to get updates on the repair work. We had several issues just 22 days into ownership of a Super C Entegra Accodale no one cared or made an attempt to get anything done in a timely manner. We are now going to pick up our Accolade after 56 days of being at their dealership with work still incomplete. More
Do not buy from this dealership, they are not fair and honest, I lost my 5k non refundable deposit on an Rv becasue I did not qualify. Not even an option of keeping it on credit. I ended buying the same Rv from Reliable RV in Missour, great service, and better yet honest, and they were able to qualify me. This sounds crooked doesn't it, but this actually happen, I have proof. They like to sell but make sure everything is working prior to leaving the dealership. If not you will never get it repaired. Worst service after the sale I have ever seen from any business type. Got it home and found out hot water heater would not operate on propane. Lots of calls and two months later they replaced the unit. Went to pick it up and it still wouldn’t work on propane. Wouldn’t work on electric either. More calls and another month goes by and still no service. I finally pulled heater and found out the electric side wasn’t working because when they put in the new one they didn’t plug it in. There were many more issues. Cabinet screws missing, toilet would not seal, hold water and numerous electrical issues. The one item they repaired was the back TV. It wouldn’t find channels during a search. Another two months goes by and the called an said it was fixed. Went to dealer to pick up and it worked. They replaced a multiplexer. Yeah! Said they were still working with Dometic on the hot water heater issue. Left dealership and on the drive home the TV fell off the wall and on to floor hanging by the wires. When they reinstalled none of the screws went into the studs. I finally got hold of Coachman and ended up fixing most issues myself. Coachman tech was great and worked with me for a couple hours going through the wiring and fixing issues. We have owned this new coach almost a year and it has been at the dealership for close to seven months total and they fixed nothing! Do not count on this dealership to fix anything! More
