Don't even consider doing business with this company! They sell Thor products which are terrible motorhomes. Thor makes a variety of brands and are known for terrible construction. You will get an RV that has so many issues that you cannot use it. Mine is a new 2023 and was purchased in Feb. It has been in one shop or another ever since. No one can fix the serious and numerous problems that it has. Note the many 1 and 2 star ratings and go somewhere else. About MHSRV in Alvarado, TX..........They probably will not even take your RV into the shop, Once you have purchased the RV, they won't return phone calls or assist you in any way. If you are lucky enough to get it in their shop, count on a totally incompetent team messing up your vehicle and giving you a lot of excuses. I have never seen such an unprofessional organization that stays in business year after year. Again, before you buy a new or used RV, BE SURE it is not made by Thor or sold by MHSRV. No words are strong enough for an adequate warning about this. More
I bought a new motor home and discovered that the charging system is defective. I called the salesman and he told me to call the service department. I purchased a 2022 Entegra Qwest January 13, 2023. The overhead bunk window had a crack in it. This was a Brand New Coach. We bought a 2023 FR3 from Brad. Things went as expected from a salesman. The motorhome had a odd clank at very low speed on test drive. They said they would find it. We were trading in our 2018 motorhome. They made us a offer on our trade but never looked at it. We had to go home 350 miles to get our title and money. We left a 2000 dollar non refundable deposit. When we came back days later they took our trade in and looked at it and started saying there were issues. Really! Should of looked at it before your offer. The sales manager honored there original offer. We liked him. They told us they found no issue with the clank in the service dept. Then we were taken to our new motorhome to learn about it. Josh we basically clueless as to much of the systems. I asked several questions like is the water heater electric/gas. He said no. Only gas. Wrong! I asked him about manually putting In the slides. He said you could by overriding the system. I said what if the motors fail. He said you still can override them. That's not possible. Then we went to sign papers and they brought our motorhome up front. I walked out to it and there was a puddle about 2 ft in diameter of hyd fuild on the ground at the front steps. They took it and said it was a loose hose. Then we left and drove it home. When we got into slow traffic on I20 moving about 3 mph guess what? The clanking started again. It's at that point we figured out it did it at 3 to 4 mph. We got under the motorhome and found the E brake hot and cracked. It was dragging in one spot the made it clank under no load and low speed. We called then and they said bring it back. We were 350 miles away. Not possible. Plus they said it's now a Ford warranty issue. Justin told me he would help us find someone to work on it and has totally ghosted us along with our salesman Brad. We have text Brad with zero reply. We left the service manager a message too. Nothing. As others have said. Once you drive it off. They are done with you. Can you imagine buying a 130k motorhome and it's broke down in the shop. Not thier fault. But they xxxx sure aren't there to offer any support. Here are pictures of the damage and cracks and our new motorhome sitting on a truck service center lot. On a final note. There is a Ford service bulletin for this issue. One would think they would know this in their service dept. And I can't add pictures ony edit. More
Buy ANYWHERE else! We have been trying to get a flat tire fixed for days and STILL do not have it fixed. READ THE SMALL PRINT! IF WE OR ANYONE ELSE FIXES THE TIRE IT VOIDS THE WARRANTY WITH NO REFUND AT ALL!!! What a SCAM. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had in any new vehicle. We are literally stranded with a flat tire for 3 days now with no idea when we can get it fixed. More
Jerry, Abby and Arturo were all three awesome with the delivery of my 3rd motorhome in a row purchased from MHSRV . They lined me out out on everything. I spent the night in their on site rv park . Found some manufacturing defects and the next morning they got em all squared away in a couple of hours and got me happily on down the road . Do not use this company for consignment. We had all the tanks cleaned and winterized by a professional before we took it for consignment. Lowball quotes so we picked it up. The buying process was OK, but when it came to the Warrenty work on a brand new RV (2022 Coachmen Mirada 350S) it was ridicules! The service representative does not call you back, or answer emails. After I started emailing the manager at coachman did I get it approved. They partially completed the Warrenty work and then crickets! NO response back, no updates, No reply to my emails. This has been the most frustrating process ever. There was a broken sconce on the rig from day 1, salesman said he would mail it to my home. NOPE, never mailed, after the first Warrenty work was completed she said it would be mailed, NOPE again no sconce. NOW nobody answers my calls or emails. DO NOT buy from this company!!!! There are always thing you will find even after buying new, if you want these things fixed - get really to WAIT WAIT WAIT! More

We could not get there before 10/31 so they threatened us and told us they needed this closed by the end of October. We told them too bad were not closing or signing anything h til we arrive. Had it inspected and it needed a list of repairs, new tires, radio not working, back up cameras not working, leak in shower repaired, leak in washing machine repaired, a new recliner completely peeled. ( which we paid for) They did not want to pay for any repairs and negotiated that if we pay a portion they would Cover the rest. We arrived, the front passenger captain chair was slightly peeling. New tires were put on. We were told we would have a 2 -3 hour walkthrough with the service guy. The service guy barely spent 15 minutes with us. We started her up and none of the power outlets /usbs worked in the front dashboard. Service man had to look into and it was a fuse that was loose( this should have been looked at prior). The chair we order in dark they installed the wrong color. We ordered a new mattress, they knew we were traveling 24 hours home , i told them a week prior that we wanted the new mattress. They did not put it in until 5 mins before we left, it was compressed and takes 8 hours to open and decompress, so we had could not sleep on it. We get in the road which was a very damaged road and noticed the coach rattling, we assumed it was the road. It was a long day so we stop at a hotel for the night. (Cant sleep on mattress yet). Next day we hit the road and as soon as we get on the highway we notice the coach is rattling, everything is rattling, the blinds, the cabinets, the steering wheel the doors. We call our salesman Graham and ask if the tires were balanced, he says no sir we do not balance tires here we just pit them on! We could not drive over 50 mph, the whole coach shook and rattled and drove horribly. After sitting in the seat for a few hours , when we got up the whole seat peeled off on our clothes. We arrived home, had to replace tires, the tires they put on weren’t balanced or even the right kind of tires. None of the repairs were made , shower leaks, washer leaks. The rattling caused radio to fall off, traveling with no back or side cameras for 24 hours. We immediately contacted them and said we wanted a resolution, no return calls. Finally on 11/7 we hear back from a man named Giff Akins, Director Customer Relations, RV Retailer, LLC. They pass they’re problems on to him. We told him we do not want this motorhome. It is unsafe. Next day still no answer, and Giff stated he did not hear from anyone. More emails, calls sent to managers, finance managers, salesman, and Giff. Contacted Aqua Finance manager who contacted them and they Giff called us today 11/14/22. Shocked that noone has called us yet. Had a conference call with Giff Atkins, Mark Griffith, General Manager. Claims the tires were balanced off of the coach. (They were never balanced) there was zero cooperation, the manager told us we could trade it but he wouldnt give us what we paid for it, that if we traded it it would be $40,000 less than what we paid. Unbelievable. We are hiring an attorney, we have contacted the attorney general, stopped checks and in touch with finance company to cancel financing. They are frauds, they are not true to their word and xxxx. I wish we saw all the other reviews before coming here! Go anywhere else but here. This is a complete nightmare. More
