I must say this was a wonderful car buying experience. I came to Motor Werks looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everyth came to Motor Werks looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everything I wanted on it. I ended up going to another dealership. I decided to stop looking at 2017s a move forward onto the 2020s. I didn't like the terms of other dealership.😡😡😡 I was thinking about going back to Motor Werks to give them a shot on a 2020, and what do you know? Rick called me out of the blue to check on me. I made it known that I was now interested in a 2020. I told Rick my terms and what the other dealership was offering. Not only did I get a 2020 Escalade, but Motor Werks gave me a better discount and top notch service.❤❤❤ Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting on me. Herb and Izabella took good care of me. Rick (manager) and the entire team made sure it was a smooth process. Now we know when we get to the financing part that is where we have to sit there watch them peck at that dam calculator.😡 Well that was a smooth process as well. I said, "Lord you want me to have my birthday present!" 🤣 Let's just say, I never brought the same vehicle twice. I currently still have a paid-for 2008 Esclade. However, I don't think there is any luxury truck that can beat the Escalade. Big ups to the entire staff at Motor Werks. I HATE buying cars and I hate sitting with the financing guy.🤣🤣 As I do not have bad credit, but that part of the process works my NERVES. Claudiu Timofta seal the deal and made it a smooth process. Claudiu held up to his end of the deal. Herb made it even more special because not only did he deliver the truck to the south side of Chicago from Barrington, he also took me to lunch for my birthday. Rick and his team at Motor Werks Cadillac are a pleasure to work with. We bought a car earlier this year from Rick and based on our positive first experience, we bought a 2nd car for my parents. It is espec to work with. We bought a car earlier this year from Rick and based on our positive first experience, we bought a 2nd car for my parents. It is especially tough and stressful buying a car during Covid -especially for our elders parents who are high risk at can't go out of their house. Rick made sure it was an easy process including assessing and picking up our trade in and delivering the new car, and having the completed paperwork prepared for us to sign/complete. We will definitely come back to Rick and team at Motor Werks Cadillac for our next purchase. More

Lena was our initial online contact at this dealership. After answering several questions, she got us in touch with Scott, who handled the sale up until the financing portion. All 3 associates were very professional and personable, answering all of our questions. The sale was relatively easy and quick. The biggest drawback was that there is an issue with our pre-certified 2017 Cadillac ATS--with the computer touch screen system, so we will need to bring that to our local dealership first thing for repair (we live in Peoria--about 3 hours away from Barrington, but we knew what we wanted and this was the closest location for us). It was unfortunate that they pre-certified the vehicle before finding and correcting that particular issue, but it is covered under warranty, so it is a minor setback. All around we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership to others looking for a specialty used vehicle. More
