My reason for only four stars has nothing to do with Tommy as he was fantastic, but the Dealer App Motor Werks Perks, which I was planning on using to schedule maintenance and washes is not available for my device. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and it is not supported. Please see to this issue as soon as possible. Other than that it was an easy process! More

Incredibly disheartening and disappointing experience here with the service department on Tuesday 3/25. I currently have a lease on an HRV and the lease agreement stipulates that oil changes, tire rotati here with the service department on Tuesday 3/25. I currently have a lease on an HRV and the lease agreement stipulates that oil changes, tire rotations and the like are covered under the lease agreement. After the vehicle was picked up, I received a text message followed by an email indicating a multi-point inspection was completed and I was instructed to review the results. I thought it was odd when requesting a basic oil change/tire rotation that was covered that they'd go through the process of a multi-point inspection as is, particularly on a leased vehicle, but I get it, that's the process, so okay. There were three items that were listed as needing immediate attention and uncertain as to next steps, I texted the service department to inquire as to whether those items were included in the lease agreement and received no response for the next number of hours. I was occupied at work so didn't have the opportunity to call over, but a few hours later I was sent a bill for $429 for the services that I anticipated were included but from what was discussed with Paul in the service department (who was outstanding) they in fact were not covered. I was never informed of this until after the fact with the services being performed and ended up paying the bill due to the service department being on the verge of closing and needing my car back. Paul mentioned running my concerns up the food chain, which I'd envision he did, as I received a text message the next day from Ibraheem Al-Wari requesting a text back in order to, "ensure complete satisfaction," and that they, "will do everything in our power to gain your complete satisfaction." So I sent him basically what I'm posting here and . . . radio silence. Nothing in the least bit in terms of even making an attempt to remedy things or even address them, just empty words that amounted to nothing. So as stated, such a disappointment and something I'm not used to from Motor Werks, as I've had great experiences prior to this. Hope this helps someone. More
