Dealer phoned me and I was very direct with what I was looking for on a lease quote. They phoned back with an insulting offer that really ticked me off. I had to play games on the phone with several people before I finally got a straight shooter - Aaron. He gave me the deal I was looking for on my lease with 100% transparency - no games. Kim in finance was quick and efficient with the financing portion and was also a straight shooter. I would say in general that this dealership could improve on how they deal with repeat customers - especially ones that are re-upping on a lease of essentially the same car. After the first lease rate quote, I felt like I was treated like someone off the street who was completely unfamiliar with the car leasing process. More
