John was wonderful to work with to negotiate the purchase of our vehicle (best price in the nation by the way) and went the extra mile to help ensure transportation of our new vehicle went as smooth as possible despite the dealership no longer having any obligation to do so. Tony also picked up the phone to call me personally to make sure we had everything in order and to help put my mind at easy buying a car sight unseen. Then came the finance office, Derek must be the nicest, most easy going finance guy we've ever worked with and this is from someone who has purchased 20+ cars over the years working with countless dealerships and even worked at a dealership before. We will definitely be looking here first the next time we are ready to buy another vehicle! She provided us with Starbucks coffee which was perfect after a long drive from the south suburbs of Chicago. Alex was equally energetic and eager to help us explore vehicles. He was not only knowledgeable about the vehicles and available options, but he also displayed a deep care for us as customers. We test drove a few SUVs and found the one we loved. Once we discussed a price, he introduced us to Tony, who's knowledge, commitment to detail and professionalism demonstrated why he's a leader. Nina and Derek provided us with detailed overview of vehicle protections. Furthermore, Derek's thorough explanation of all financial matters placed us at ease as we made the purchase. His commitment to help us find a fair interest rate was greatly appreciated. Knowing that we were hungry and tired, Alex bought us lunch and made sure that all of our needs were met. I had actually left a deposit at another dealership and had to refunded to buy from Motor Werks. Buying pre owned can be a gamble and I felt confident with them. I actually used to be a Hyundai sales rep in NYC and dreaded the experience because I had an insider perspective on how the car business operates and it can be hard to deal with as a customer.
