No pressure, very polite, very good car buying experience. While on my way to buy a Nissan Pathfinder, I stopped into Motorwerks just to test drive an Infiniti QX60 for comparison. I met Alex Blaul and asked h While on my way to buy a Nissan Pathfinder, I stopped into Motorwerks just to test drive an Infiniti QX60 for comparison. I met Alex Blaul and asked him if I could quickly test drive a vehicle since I only had about an hour to spare. Alex set me up with a QX60 to drive and I was blown away with the handling and performance. This car is very sedan-like for such a large vehicle. After Alex and Adam worked me up great deal on the vehicle, I still left to test drive the Pathfinder but it was really no comparison. Don't get me wrong - the Pathfinder is nice, but the QX60 is much more luxurious. I really needed a car that can carry 4 boys plus extra kids along with all their sports gear and the QX60 fits the bill perfectly. After driving the Pathfinder, I called Alex a few hours later and asked him to get the QX60 ready for me for pickup. Alex is extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the QX60. In no way did I ever feel pressured into the sale. We also spent a lot of time with Michael Noyes in finance - super nice guy. Actually everyone there made us feel very welcome throughout the entire car buying process. I usually hate the car buying experience, but I have to say these guys at Motorwerks really make it easy. Thanks to Alex, Adam, Nina, Michael and the whole team at Motorwerks for swinging such a great deal to put me into this QX60. Cheers! More

He demonstrated the car, lead me through the on board computers, and answered my questions expertly. I transferred license plates and Ali made the change in the parking lot on a bitter cold day, all the while maintaining a pleasant, helpful demeanor. In my opinion, he demonstrated genuine customer care. I would also complement Tony Guzman for his pleasant expertise in walking me through the pile of papers required for the transaction.
