Amazing Service - Amazing People I was looking for a very specific vehicle - and discovered that MotorWerks of Barrington had not only the vehicle I was looking for - but also had it I was looking for a very specific vehicle - and discovered that MotorWerks of Barrington had not only the vehicle I was looking for - but also had it for a price that was amazing. I worked with Geno Cabana over the course of a week to talk through the details of the SUV and once it arrived on their lot, they were quick to get me detailed pictures and perform the certification, so that I knew exactly the condition of the vehicle. Within a day, I found myself driving nearly 400 miles from my home to the dealership to make the deal - and from the moment that I stepped into their showroom, they showed us nothing but kindness and professionalism. Everyone - from Nina, who greeted us so warmly and made sure to adjust the temperature inside the showroom when it was obvious I was freezing! She even walked us around the dealership to show us all of the different showrooms - includng a pitstop at their Starbucks to refresh our beverages. To Ali - who busted his butt to get our vehicle in order and ensure that all questions were answered before we left. Last but not least - HUGE shout out to Mike Noyes.... the numbers guy. The guy who.. let's be honest.. no one is excited to deal with. Mike was amazing - he actually made spending money something I enjoyed (said no one ever - until now.) He was personable, but to-the-point... He showed us all options and gave us the info we needed to make informed decisions .. including adding more coverage to our certification, which in a MILLION years, I never thought I would do. Bottom line - I spent nearly 14 of 30 hrs this past weekend driving between Mpls and Chicago to do this transaction and I wouldn't hesitate - not for a moment - to do it again. I only wish I lived closer, as this is the ONLY dealership I want to buy a car from going forward! More

Once we decided that Infiniti (QX50) was our "Brand of Choice" it was clear that when we began working with John Gregory at Motor Werks that we had made the right decision. Everyone that we worked with at the dealership made us feel like a valued customer, which included General Manager Adam Arliskas who helped finalize the deal and allow for a "win/win" transaction in which as a buyers we felt good about leasing a vehicle the ultimately surpassed our expectations in both features and value for a Luxury SUV.
