A team effort to complete our deal was done with Ron and the finance manager Tony. They worked well together and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We arrived at 5:15 for 2 test drives and we're out the door with our new car by 8:30!! 2014 Dodge Charder While searching for a newer vehicle for my son, I found the vehicle matching our "wants" at Motor Werks which is 2hrs from our home. Within 20 minute While searching for a newer vehicle for my son, I found the vehicle matching our "wants" at Motor Werks which is 2hrs from our home. Within 20 minutes of my email enquiry Ali called me and confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We met with Ali the next day for what we thought would be to just check the vehicle out. After a short period of negotiations with both Ali & John a deal I could not resist was agreed upon and the vehicle was prepped within an hour. We were able to finalize everything swiftly and drive the car home avoiding a return visit. Our experience was nothing less than excellent. More

We met the manager, Geno Cabana, who was friendly and professional, who then introduced us to John Gregory, in sales. John showed us several vans, and took us for test drives in each one. Once we had selected one, I needed to leave for a softball game for one of my daughters. I brought my wife back to see the van I thought best fit our needs and budget (out of the 3 we had looked at), and John took us out again for a test drive so she could get a feel for the van as well. He was very patient with us and our buying process, allowing us space to discuss it over once we had seen everything the van had to offer. Once we had decided to move ahead with the purchase of the van, John made it a pleasurable buying experience, even offering us Starbuck's coffee from the Porsche lounge and walking us through the buying and financing process in a thorough manner. The finance manager, Michael Noyes, was also a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor and made what can sometimes be a stressful process (financing a car) seamless and smooth. We discovered we actually had some mutual friends, and shared some fun college stories and had a few laughs along the way as well. We would recommend BOTH John and Michael to any of our friends and family, and look forward to working with them in the future for all of our vehicle needs. Thanks, guys! PS - Nina Gewargis stopped by during our time in the show room and mentioned that we were eligible for car washes for the life of the vehicle at their 2 wash locations, and also offered my wife a red rose as it was Sweetest Day on Saturday. Service department was not helpful or honest and didn't seem I tried to get reimbursed for Work on my 2011 QX56 that there is now a recall on. I had a timing chain issue which was a know issue of the model of m I tried to get reimbursed for Work on my 2011 QX56 that there is now a recall on. I had a timing chain issue which was a know issue of the model of my car in 2014 and was 8000 miles over warranty so Marco at Barrington told me that they would cover the parts and I would have to pay labor which I did and now the timing chain recall came out 2016 and I can't get reimbursed by Infiniti cause the records that Barrington sent over say they covered the defect at 100 percent even though I sent a receipt for what I pd. Infiniti says they have to rely on the work order which says that it was covered under warranty. Marco and the whole service department don't seem to care and haven't been helpful what so ever in trying to get me reimbursed for something I should. Beware both Infiniti corporate and the Barrington service team if you dare to purchase an infiniti. This will be my last purchase from them and I will never get my car serviced there again! I believe they sent in the work order as under warranty and still charged me, very dishonest! I have never felt so taken advantage of! More

Poor Customer Service after Buying Car UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Se UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Service when we left the dealership because we were told that the Intouch was down for activations on that Saturday and it would get activated on the following Monday which never happened. They ended up trying to place blame on the service itself for not activating it. After a few phone calls the service agent told us it was not even turned on in the car this whole time. After repeated calls to the dealership my friend and I got a voice message from John the sales guy stating that this was activated upon purchase before leaving the dealership which was not true because the system had to be physically turned on by the dealership on a later date so it could not have been activated. When we finally got the opportunity to return the car to get it checked out, the person who looked at the car claimed nothing was wrong and it looked fine. After failing to correct it after the second visit the end of the trial was almost over so we never got to use it. To make matters worse, when they came to take the car back to the dealership to try and "fix" this issue, they ran through tolls and I receive a toll violation charge in the mail which they claimed they would mail us a check in order to cover the cost but after a month I have yet to receive such check. When sending an email regarding an update about this I have gotten no response at all. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a dealership. Starting to have buyer's remorse from getting the car here. More
