Need to step up the level of service from "Kia" level Came to this dealer 3 times to buy a new MDX, and ended up not purchasing one (purchased a different luxury brand at a different dealer). Reasons for Came to this dealer 3 times to buy a new MDX, and ended up not purchasing one (purchased a different luxury brand at a different dealer). Reasons for not buying: 1.) The sales rep could not sell the car. He had to check back with the manager (who wasn't there 2 out of the 3 times). 2.) Sales rep turnover. The sales rep I was originally dealing with was no longer an employee when I returned. 3.) Sales rep did not return phone call as he promised. 4.) Sales rep did not seem too knowledgeable of the car. Acura has to step it up if it's going to be a somewhat legitimate competitor to Lexus, Infiniti and the Germans. More

Volvo lover becomes an Acura believer! I never imagined that any other car would capture my Volvo heart, but my first Acura (a zippy and nifty bright red metallic TL) had me before the end I never imagined that any other car would capture my Volvo heart, but my first Acura (a zippy and nifty bright red metallic TL) had me before the end of our fifty-plus mile drive home from purchasing it at Motor World in Wilkes-barre. We just traded that one, after 98,000, miles for an ILX (2015) . Again, after the drive home we were happy to welcome this new member of our "family". Even tho' we chose to go with a four cylinder engine for the first time (I have a dangerously heavy foot and don't need the extra power), we found it to be delightfully full of pep. So, okay, we love the car. As for the dealership, those folks couldn't be nicer. From the internet contacts right through the financial arrangements they couldn't have been nicer. Most of our dealings were with Phil Verini, who is very personable and organized. He walked us through everything about our new car. Dash boards are beginning to look like airplane instrument panels, but Phil taught us well. And then he helped set up our Bluetooth! He asked many times if there was anything else he could do for us. Can't imagine a more pleasant experience! We will definitely, in the future, buy another Acura from MotorWorld, and we won't wait for 98,000 miles. We didn't trade earlier because I wanted another Moroccan red pearl and I didn't like the new "red". So now I have a beautiful metallic navy blue that is very elegant! Love it!! Nona Nancy More
