The service department is very prompt. At the time of the appointment, the service advisor is waiting for the car. Any questions are answered immediately. You are told what is going to be done and the the appointment, the service advisor is waiting for the car. Any questions are answered immediately. The wait for the vehicle is manageable and never too long. The serivce is excellent. After the car is ready, the service advisor goes over the bill to insure that the customer is satisfied. It is always easy to make a convenient appointment. More

No one was ever pushy with me, and all my questions were answered immediately (or I was put into contact with someone who could answer it). Most important of all - I got a good price up front.
