Extremely well educated about factory repair options, did not skate around honesty for repair prices. I have never been so welcomed into a service department, was offered a rental and complementary water while I waited in the service room. Craig is a real asset to the corporation, one of the main reasons I keep coming back to MotorWorld is I know I’ll be taken care of after the purchase.

melissa in honda service is excellent,buffed section of vehicle to see if spots return,they are going to re-apply the auto armor.also she also got me in for an oil change and tire rotation while car was there.they even shuttled us to mohegan sun so we can grab lunch.work was done in a timely manner.very happy so far

Stopped in for my Acura to be serviced. Chester waited on my husband and I as we arrived for our scheduled appointment. He kept us updated as we waited for the services to be completed. "Frustrating "

ACURA This dealership sells you on its ability to easily set up a service and come with a loaner and take your car back. Not so fast. I have tried this service three times. Your calls go a call center who tries to set up and appointment in 60 days...60 days. They finally agree to an appointment within two weeks only if you complain. This time I sent for a recall and a noise in the front tires when not using the brakes. I get a call that says they can’t recreate. I sincerely believe they never took it out for a test. Then they return my car with a huge screw in the tire. I call to complain and the response...stuff happens. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen. All cars are manufactured the same. It’s all in the service...they fall flat.
