I have never been so welcomed into a service department, was offered a rental and complementary water while I waited in the service room. - MDX OwnerACURA This dealership sells you on its ability to easily set up a service and come with a loaner and take your car back. Not so fast. I have tried this service three times. Your calls go a call center who tries to set up and appointment in 60 days...60 days. They finally agree to an appointment within two weeks only if you complain. This time I sent for a recall and a noise in the front tires when not using the brakes. I get a call that says they can’t recreate. I sincerely believe they never took it out for a test. Then they return my car with a huge screw in the tire. I call to complain and the response...stuff happens. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen. All cars are manufactured the same. It’s all in the service...they fall flat.
