Went in for an oil change and alignment two months ago. Was told at the time the camber kit would need to be replaced but was assured it wasn’t an issue so it didn’t need to be done. Went back for an oil change and rotation and sure enough, my tires warn drastically! I was told that the part was $24 and the cost for everything would be $280.I was also told they would get me tire prices but they never did. Sure enough, they assumed I wanted the tires. They also failed to mention the price didn’t include an alignment so I was charged an extra $100. I wouldn't have a problem if they presented me with the correct costs at the start. More

We just purchased a 2022 Acura RDX Aspec Advance and Dustin was phenomenal. George Thomas was great in handling our needs and worked with us to make sure we got the car my desired. This is a note to management and ownership. Your employees are fulfilling your directions but it most certainly left a less than great feeling in our dealings with Motorworld.
