I have been getting my oil changed at motorworld for several years because 1. I don't have to leave my car; 2. It is fast; 3. They show me the oil on the dip stick after the oil is changed. The service department is very prompt. At the time of the appointment, the service advisor is waiting for the car. Any questions are answered immediately. The wait for the vehicle is manageable and never too long. The serivce is excellent. After the car is ready, the service advisor goes over the bill to insure that the customer is satisfied.
