Not only did Carlo help with the technicalities of the sale, he went above and beyond. He made sure I had a good idea of what all functions of the vehicle were before I left the lot. He programmed by blue tooth for my phone, which would have taken me days. In addition, Tom Casey was a great guy to work with for financing. Everything was done within minutes. Finally, by the time i left the dealership, I felt like family. The major reason for this is Carlo. He is a gem of a man! More

This was our first purchase at Motorworld, although it wasn't our first Lexus. We thought about the car for about two weeks, called Carlo and set up an appointment, took a test drive, loved the car, and picked it up on March 10, 2012. All paperwork was ready upon our arrival. He was very organized, and after the paperwork was completed, he took us to the car, reviewed the controls, etc., which are a little bit different in a hybrid. He set up the Bluetooth for us and was happy to see that we were happy with our purchase. He was professional, courteous, and a true gentleman in every way. We will definitely ask for Carlo for any future purchases. More
