Best car buying experience of my life. The car was detailed and was as represented. Mike the salesman sent extra pictures of interior wood and wheels. Mike was patient as I sold my own car in Ohio and helped me through every stage of the process. He suggested the one-way car rental to the dealership.The lady at the Enterprise office gave me a ride over to the Lexus office. Lexus sales manager and backroom paperwork manager were prepared, friendly, and helpful. Mike even gave me some cold juice for my trip back. The Tech fellow was very helpful with orientation. He did everything possible to familiarize me with the car controls and dashboard. They also printed out an alternate route back with some hotel suggestions if I got tired. I also like the Lexus certified used program. All of them did everything possible to welcome me to an all encompassing Lexus family. This was exactly the right car for me at a fair price. I cannot think of any way they could have done better. If you can replicate this kind of friendly and contientious service across the world, this is what you want. More
