Right from the time I walked in the building everyone was friendly. There were a few sales people on the phone already but that didn’t stop Malek from welcoming me when I came in. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT ever buy a car from the crooks at Motorworld Pre-Owned. In 2022, they sold me a 2018 Honda Pilot and 8 months later the dashboard light went o Do NOT ever buy a car from the crooks at Motorworld Pre-Owned. In 2022, they sold me a 2018 Honda Pilot and 8 months later the dashboard light went off that I was having transmission problems. I took it to get checked out and was told that it only needed new transmission fluid. Now 6 months later, the transmission has officially died after the warranty has run out, of course, and they are refusing to cover the transmission replacement or offer any deal. Chris Moscaritolo, the Service Manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don't ever shop here. And Honda Corporate is refusing to cover the transmission, as well. This is my 2nd Honda and I will never be buying another--they've really gone downhill. More
