Carlos helped me get my dream car! ! He was so helpful and professional. However, I had my car for 2 days and had issues with it. Brought it to the service department and the female beh ! He was so helpful and professional. However, I had my car for 2 days and had issues with it. Brought it to the service department and the female behind the counter had the audacity to say the oil leak is a small one when we asked how it passed the inspection!! Now 4 days after getting my car it’s in the shop to be repaired! I said I would recommend the dealership because of the sales and finance department!! My car was brought to a local garage and I have 8 pages of codes that came up. When I spoke to the service manager she said the technician didn’t find anything wrong with my car when he took it for a test drive. Funny, I have an app on my phone that tells me when my car is in drive. My car never left the lot!! I am so afraid of this vehicle!! It’s not safe especially when the engine just shuts down completely while I’m drive!! More

Sales was great. Price and everything perfect. All went well until I stopped at the store on my way home from leaving the dealership noticed a fog light out. Calle Price and everything perfect. All went well until I stopped at the store on my way home from leaving the dealership noticed a fog light out. Called this morning they will replace Saturday okay good deal no problems. My wife called me this morning before on her way to work to tell me the inside was never cleaned coffee around the shift dirty and a piece of garbage in it ugh. Hopefully when I'm in for service this Saturday they'll take it over and have it cleaned properly. Fingers crossed. All in all I'm extremely happy. More
