Everything was initially done on the phone and text/emails. Once I arrived at Motorworld Pre-owned the door was held open and I was greeted. Ken came right up and introduced himself. We went for a test drive and he answered questions about the car that came up while test driving. Before I left Ken had entered my home address into the navigation system and synced my phone to the car. You have to realize that my current car is a 2002 Camry with none of the features on my new/used TOYOTA Avalon Limited. Patrice in finance made the purchasing of my vehicle very smooth and quick. I left and started my 8 1/2 drive back to Michigan very pleased with my care and all of the care everyone at Motorworld gave me. We wanted a pickup truck and I located a 2016 Ford F 150 xlt on Motorworld's website. With my 5 year old tagging along and my husband unavailable me and my little guy took on the task of "looking" at the truck. I called up and spoke with Mandy Boyle in preowned who verified the truck was still on the lot and hadn't been sold. When we got to the dealership the truck was parked out front and ready to be viewed. Mandy went over the various aspects of what the truck had to offer and then the three of us went for a test drive. We discussed my trade, ran some numbers, and came to an agreement. I've bought cars before and spent HOURS in the dealership, wasting an entire day, exhausted by the time it was over.
