I walked into their parking lot, saw the vehicle I was there to see. I spent 10 minutes looking at it inside and out. My sales rep Randy Blackwell was great! But I got my car right before the pandemic and the dealership closed before I could get a license plate. I got sick with Covid-19 right after I got my car so I wasn’t right before the pandemic and the dealership closed before I could get a license plate. I got sick with Covid-19 right after I got my car so I wasn’t able to check on my plate for a while. When I was finally better and called to inquire, the person that answered the phone (I think it was Simone) had a really nasty attitude. She got smart with me and was pretty much no help at all. Her attitude and disposition alone made me even more pissed about my entire experience. She didn’t display good customer service at all. Also, the dealership agreed to order me two new emblems for my truck because the old ones were worn out and they tried to fix them with paint without success. I was told the emblems would be mailed to my house. I only received one emblem in the mail. I texted Randy to find out why I only received one and I never received an answer. I understand the pandemic messed a lot of things up but that’s no excuse for bad business and customer service. I bought my truck mid- March and here we are at the end of May and I have yet to receive any notice about my emblem. Also, a day or two after getting my car the check engine light came on. I later found out there was bad or wrong gas put into my truck(manual requires 91 octane or higher). The sales rep went to the gas station right before I drove off the lot. I had to pay $550 to get a gas sensor line replaced (forgot the exact name). The repair shop told me it was because of the gas that was put in it. When I reached out to the sales rep to find out what kind of gas he used and he couldn’t remember if he put 93 or not. But considering I had to repair the vehicle for bad gas, I’m guessing he didn’t use 93. Probably wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Read the reviews carefully folks. Many similar issues as to what I experienced. Tried to initially call to test drive a vehicle as I was to be driving across the state to do so. Left messages to different s to what I experienced. Tried to initially call to test drive a vehicle as I was to be driving across the state to do so. Left messages to different salespersons and even the owner to coordinate this. Three days later I got a call back from the owner, John, and was told he would call back. Never happened. Finally after a barrage of calls I was in contact with a salesman and came the same day to drive and put a deposit down. Had a mechanical issue that they signed a "We Owe Form" in the agreement as a repair needed to complete the agreement. Have been back three times across the state to wait all day to find out they could not fix it. The last time I even had a dealership diagnostic to pinpoint the fix. Motorcars did not have the proper equipment to fix it. Turns out the professional dealership will charge $150 to fix the problem that Motorcars will not stand behind. The owner John refused to reimburse the $150 repair. His loss of future business over this will far exceed the cost. Not a good business decision John. When we picked up the vehicle upon sale there were very few stone chips on it. After a couple car washes the chips stood out like a sore thumb. The review of someone witnessing a sharpie touchup makes sense as a poor job of a coverup. Take your hard earned money and time elsewhere. You will be better off in the long run. More
