Shop elsewhere! I’m a business owner and had an accident in my car so I went to Motorcars if LANSING and Cashed out $14,500 cash for a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from this c I’m a business owner and had an accident in my car so I went to Motorcars if LANSING and Cashed out $14,500 cash for a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from this company in 2014 from Simone. Fast forward to now I came back to do some business, got sold a truck with the transmission failing. Got paperwork from reputable mechanics in the area then took back to company to see what they would do to correct issue. Gave me a bunch of irrelevant information to my situation. They tried to avoid the topic. Trying to make me pay out of pocket for repairs etc . I Will never be scammed !!! My attorney is handling this situation. On top of them putting me in a truck they knew was failing , smiling in my face, im losing money by not being at work . Shop elsewhere!!!! More

Best car buying experience ever! I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, right down to the color. Motorcars of Lansing had it. I made an appointment to meet with Rick for a test drive. My experince shopping for a car at Motorcars Upon my arrival I was greeted by TOMMY LILES. I explained that I had been to 3 other used car dealers prior with no success. I was looking for a low m Upon my arrival I was greeted by TOMMY LILES. I explained that I had been to 3 other used car dealers prior with no success. I was looking for a low mileage used car and needed low payments. He smiled and said let's sit down and put some information together..."I think I can help you". He got to know ME and, MY financial situation, took all in to account and said, "now, let's take a walk and find you a car". He suggest 2 options on the lot, the second one was awesome (however, I thought there was no way I could afford this on my fixed income) and we returned to his work station where he MADE IT WORK!! Tommy was so great to work with and his interaction with me would make anyone believe we'd been friends forever. He introduced me to anyone who walked into is station and upon my return with paperwork the next day, greeted me with a smile, I told him 'I love the care" , he said, "I knew you would". I am disappointed We drove 3 hours to get to Motorcars of Lansing to buy a car for my daughter. The 2011 Dodge Journey was vehicle we were looking for. However, there We drove 3 hours to get to Motorcars of Lansing to buy a car for my daughter. The 2011 Dodge Journey was vehicle we were looking for. However, there have been many problems since that day. There are small things to fix, and big things to fix. The good news is that the brakes that were put on by the Lansing Service Department were done well, and they have offered future repairs to be done in Lansing. I am just disappointed that we have to make all these repairs. More
